Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note that any items sent back to us without a prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain categories of products are exempt from returns. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized goods), and personal care articles (like beauty products). Furthermore, we cannot process returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any inquiries regarding the eligibility of a specific item, please contact us.

Regrettably, we do not accept returns on discounted sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the original item. Once the return is authorized and processed, you can place a new, separate order for the correct item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the aforementioned terms, if your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact, alongside the proof of purchase.

Refunds We will send you a notification once we have received and evaluated your returned item to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If authorized, the funds will be automatically issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
