Thank you for shopping at CoreZen. This policy explains how we ship your order, how much it costs, and what you can expect after your purchase.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We work with international fulfillment centers to offer high-quality products. Estimated delivery times for our primary markets are 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, begin once the order is shipped, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other events outside of our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method. Free standard shipping may be available, as displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders shipped to Canada, the UK, the EU, or other destinations may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier service fees. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated at checkout that they have been prepaid. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update in the system after the package is dispatched.

Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We may be able to implement changes before shipping the order, but once it is in transit, we will not be able to modify it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If the order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you manage it with the carrier.
